The Pipestone Courthouse was one of the first buildings to have this product installed by Damp to Dry, in Minnesota (2018). Michael and Don have been great from the initial demo, all the way with following up in person. Oddly enough, the results at our Courthouse began to surface faster than they had imagined, and we already had seen improvements within the first 6 months. Another thing to note on Don and Michael, they are not the pushy, not the used car salesman type. They will explain their product, but they did not push it or try to go to lengths to sell the product. In my opinion, they do not have to when they have a product that works this well.
They sincerely are interested in historic building preservation as well as seeing their business succeed. I figure if I help bring them a little success, we will have more historic buildings around for our children and future generations to enjoy.

I am writing to recommend Damp to Dry.
The City of Boonville City Hall is a historic building that had an advancing case of rising dampness within the masonry walls of our foundation. This was causing our foundation to crumble and erode. It was also causing a strong musty odor that was emanating from the masonry.
Since we have put in the new system, there has been a noticeable difference in the basement. I have found that the moisture is getting pulled out of the foundation. The salt crystals that had formed on the masonry is evidence of this. Now that most of the moisture has been pulled out, the salt crystals have stopped forming. There is a considerable difference in the musty odor. The basement no longer has a musty odor, and you can actually breath without difficulties.
We are very pleased with the outcome. We do not regret the decision to partner with Damp to Dry in our battle with the damp basement.
